Workouts

Hurricanes Elite uses ASP as our indoor facility throughout the year. During the winter we are on a twice a week schedule, to improve strength and flexibility, along with our softball skills

ASP has designed specific training programs for each individual player, which allows them to focus on their strengths and improve on their weaknesses. 

We use two indoor cages and a turf field to improve our hitting and fielding skills in addition to our workouts.
